Our insoles can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Ergonomic Pillow

Our ergonomic pillow can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived. Please include all original materials and packaging when returning your item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly send a replacement free of charge. Please contact our customer support within the applicable return window after receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
